Constructed by hand, the handles of vintage utensils take shape as dragonflies gently rock and dance in the wind or with the touch of your hand. Using the 2 dragonflies as counterweights, the imaginative sculpture balances upon the inside of an outstretched spoon. Although the dragonflies can be picked up, the inventive use of the spoon’s natural bowl shape prevents them from from falling off. The garden accent includes a 35″ steel stake that allows the balancing dragonflies to peek above garden plants. Handmade in Minnesota. Note: The stake and spiral are crafted from raw steel. Once exposed to the outdoors, these elements will rust to create further contrast with the stainless steel flatware dragonflies.
